What is die casting?
Die casting is one kind of metal casting process that uses a mold of high strength alloys and apply high pressure to molten alloys. The process is similar to injection molding. A hot chamber machine is suitable for low melting-point alloys, such as Zn and Mg, while a cold chamber machine is normally applied for high melting-point alloys, such as Al.
