This long-term commitment and effort received official recognition in 2025. SIMHOPE is honored to have been awarded, for the first time, the "National Excellent Healthy Workplace - SME Healthy Workplace Award" by the Health Promotion Administration (HPA) of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW). This prestigious award not only acknowledges our existing health promotion initiatives but also inspires us to further deepen our care for employees. Through regularly held "Exercise Promotion Competitions," we offer aerobic classes guided by professional coaches, challenge employees to achieve personal step count goals, and support participation in various internal and external company sports events. For instance, regarding Workplace Unlawful Infringement, we provide professional courses on identification and response, aiming to enhance employees' sensitivity to such behaviors and establish clear complaint channels and handling mechanisms to effectively prevent and address potential workplace bullying or harassment. Furthermore, Ergonomics courses teach employees how to adjust work postures and optimize their work environment and tool usage to reduce physical discomfort and occupational injuries that may result from prolonged work. These courses are not merely knowledge dissemination; they represent the company's concrete commitment to employee health and safety, ensuring that every colleague receives comprehensive protection and support.

3. Practicing a Friendly Workplace: Emphasizing Mental Health Support

In today's rapidly changing society, the importance of mental health is increasingly prominent. SIMHOPE firmly believes that a truly healthy workplace must not only care for employees' physical well-being but also their psychological health and balance. Therefore, we specifically offer Psychological Counseling Services. The company periodically invites professional psychological counselors to be stationed on-site, providing one-on-one, highly confidential counseling services to employees in need.
