信鋐工業獲頒「運動企業認證」:實踐企業永續,員工與社會共好



信鋐工業一直以來堅信,健康的員工是企業永續發展的基石。在近期舉辦的「2025年運動企業認證」頒獎典禮上,信鋐工業首度榮獲運動部全民運動署頒發的「運動企業認證」殊榮。由總統府副秘書長何志偉親自頒發,董事長特助代表出席領獎,這項肯定不僅彰顯了我們長期深耕健康職場文化的卓越成果,更代表著信鋐在促進員工身心健康方面的不懈努力。

本次運動企業認證共有195家企業投件,僅145家企業通過審核。信鋐工業能從眾多優秀企業中脫穎而出,證明了我們所推動的各項健康促進計畫已獲得政府單位的高度肯定,並實際展現對同仁的深切關懷與承諾。我們深信,當員工保持良好的身心狀態,才能持續在職位上貢獻卓越價值,進而成為公司永續營運的強大動力來源。

打造「健康促進競賽」:將運動融入日常

為了鼓勵員工積極參與運動,信鋐工業自2023年下半年起,便推動了別開生面的「健康促進競賽」。這項競賽旨在將健康文化深度融入員工的日常工作中,讓運動不再是額外的負擔,而是生活的一部分。競賽內容多元豐富,包含鼓勵員工在工作之餘進行健走挑戰、參與公司與外部運動工作室合作舉辦的專業體能課程,以及投入公司內部或外部所舉行的各類運動賽事。透過積點與獎勵機制,每半年進行一次敘獎,迄今已成功舉辦了四期,有效激發了同仁們的運動熱情與參與度,逐步培養了規律運動的習慣,提升整體健康水準。

SIMHOPE Awarded "Sports Enterprise Certification": Practicing Corporate Sustainability for Employee and Social Well-being

SIMHOPE has always firmly believed that a healthy workforce is the cornerstone of sustainable corporate development. At the recent "2025 Sports Enterprise Certification" awards ceremony, SIMHOPE was honored for the first time with the "Sports Enterprise Certification" by the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education. The award was personally presented by Deputy Secretary-General of the Presidential Office, Ho Chih-wei, and accepted by our Special Assistant to the Chairman. This recognition not only highlights our long-standing commitment to fostering a healthy workplace culture but also signifies SIMHOPE's unremitting efforts in promoting the physical and mental well-being of our employees.

This year's Sports Enterprise Certification saw 195 companies apply, with only 145 passing the rigorous review. SIMHOPE's ability to stand out among numerous excellent enterprises proves that our various health promotion initiatives have received high commendation from government agencies and genuinely demonstrate our deep care and commitment to our colleagues. Launching the "Health Promotion Competition": Integrating Exercise into Daily Life

To encourage employees to actively participate in sports, SIMHOPE launched a unique "Health Promotion Competition" in the second half of 2023. This competition aims to deeply integrate a culture of health into employees' daily routines, making exercise not an extra burden but an integral part of life. The competition offers diverse and rich content, including encouraging employees to participate in walking challenges during their free time, attending professional fitness courses organized in collaboration with external sports studios, and engaging in various sports events held internally or externally. Through a points and reward system, with accolades awarded every six months, four successful rounds have been completed to date. This has effectively ignited colleagues' passion for exercise and participation, gradually fostering regular exercise habits and elevating overall health levels.

Sponsoring the "National Marathon Relay Race": Promoting National Fitness and Giving Back to Society

SIMHOPE firmly believes that corporate health initiatives should not be limited to internal employees but should extend to the wider community. Recognizing that road running activities have a low barrier to entry and effectively promote physical and mental health, we chose to focus our social contribution efforts here. Since 2023, SIMHOPE has continuously served as the title sponsor for three consecutive years of the "SIMHOPE x Big Feet Marathon Relay Race." Each year, this grand event is enthusiastically held at Taichung Metropolitan Park, attracting thousands of runners from all walks of life—including military personnel, middle-aged and older adults, and students—to collectively experience the vitality and challenge that sports bring.

This sponsorship not only supports national fitness but also demonstrates the company's senior management's emphasis on a healthy workplace. Annually, the Chairman and other high-level executives personally participate in the marathon race, conveying the importance of exercise to employees and society through their actions. At the same time, the company provides free registration for employees and their families, encouraging colleagues to form teams and participate together. Through regular running training, participants gradually enhance their cardiovascular function and maintain physical health. This arrangement not only strengthens internal corporate cohesion but also allows employees and their family members to enjoy the fun and benefits of exercise together, extending the concept of a healthy lifestyle to families and communities.
